This wine was vinified using the traditional method of fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperatures, followed by short ageing in French and American oak.
Intense garnet colour, lively and very aromatic. On the palate, very prominent red fruits and soft tannins from the wood. Very persistent but smooth finish.
How to serve
It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Excellent accompaniment for meat, pastas and pizzas.
